Goal: improving the environment, the workforce, honest business policy and practices, as well as sustainable procurement, renewing the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Action plan:
1. Renewing the ISO 9001 quality management system based on the 2017 guidelines, learning it and using it in our everyday work.
Phase-by-phase traceability of the service we provide, documenting the precise control of work processes and measuring the satisfaction of our clients with the help of the company’s customized forms. By processing and evaluating the collected data, we want to raise our service quality to a higher level.
Implementation: by November 15, 2017
2. Environmental protection and conservation, using environmentally friendly products, selective waste collection
For Puscho Kft., it has been a primary concern from the beginning to use an environmentally friendly detergent, free of irritating substances in terms of its ingredients.
The rolls of our detergents are shipped in accordance with strict regulations, and they are handled and documented in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
We encourage our employees to behave and think in an environmentally conscious way. We created a selective waste collection area, in which we optimized the storage of waste with the help of the BRAMIDAN B3 type waste press that we purchased and use on daily basis.
When designing our fleet, we paid a lot of attention to ensure that we carry out our daily work processes with equipment and machines that, in terms of their energy consumption, have the lowest possible negative impact on the environment during their use.
3. Building human-centered relationships with colleagues, labor practice, human rights
When selecting our employees, Puscho Kft. does not discriminate in terms of gender, age or ethnicity. It is an important aspect for us that the working conditions should be human-centered, familiar, safe and comfortable. We provide all our employees with the protective equipment required for work, unique work clothes suitable for the season, and protective drink free of charge. We hold regular work and accident prevention training on the correct use of protective equipment and its importance. Every year, our employees participate in a medical screening examination free of charge, which we organize locally.
In order to protect their health and prevent health damage, we regularly measure noise and dust emissions.
Our employees are provided with dining and relaxation social rooms with sophisticated design, furnishings and equipment.
Colleagues performing administrative work have ergonomic work tools at their disposal. Computer monitors have low radiation and minimal effect on the eyes. Those working in front of the monitor are provided with breaks according to the regulations.
Daily communication is ensured between management and employees, we regularly organize meetings and team-building trainings, during which we place great emphasis on human-centered environment.
4. Tenders for procurement
In 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013, Puscho Kft. won tenders for the purchase of new, modern machines through a successfully completed tender. Thanks to that, the capacity of our laundry increased, and we were able to create new jobs.
In 2013, we won a tender with another application submitted by us, which we implemented in the first quarter of 2014. With that successful tender, we had the opportunity to implement an operational policy optimized both logistically and for the production part.
5. Fair business practices
Our primary goal with our partners is to build long-term relationships, which are based on reliability, accuracy and precision, the provision of quality service, and compliance with financial discipline. We strive to solve existing or developing problems in a short period of time.
Our company intends to provide services according to customer needs in order to maintain its market positions and increase its competitiveness and profitability.
